SH421.01 is a kind of rutile carbon steel electrode with good mechanical properties, plasticity and i***ct toughness, which is characterized by excellent welding performance, stable arc, moderate slag viscosity, pleasant electrode manipulation, good slag ***achability, fine welding bead, smooth appearance, little splash, intermittent welding, easy restriking and ignition.Available for all position welding, AC and DC.
Applicable for welding low carbon steel vessels (A, B or D) built by thin plate structure (the ship superstructure) and non-pressure piping systems etc. Especially suitable for thin small pieces, short welding bead, intermittent weld bead and smooth cosmetic welding.
